Refund policy

At Supreme Jewelers, each creation is crafted with the utmost care and precision. As part of our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our pieces, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.

However, we are pleased to offer our clients one (1) exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date, under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

Exchanges are one-time only and must be for an item of equal or greater value.

A 25% restocking fee will apply to all exchanges.

Custom jewelry, personalized creations, and timepieces are non-exchangeable and considered final sale.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our Client Services Team at (832) 773-7378 or  admin@supremejewelers.com. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) and detailed instructions will be provided. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Manufacturer Defects & Adjustments
Should your piece require an exchange due to a manufacturer defect or a ring sizing adjustment, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to shipping.

We recommend shipping via UPS or Fedex , fully insured for the purchase price, and without disclosing the package contents for security purposes. Supreme Jewelers is not liable for loss or damage incurred during transit.

Required Documentation
All items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order number. Please ensure your name, address, and Return Authorization Number are clearly printed on the outside of the package.

Upon receipt, our Quality Inspection Team will conduct a thorough evaluation. Only pieces in pristine, original condition will be approved for exchange.
